Saw this place advertised on Morning Blend and decided to call about having my garbage disposal replaced. When the plumber arrived I was given a quote of 1700$, which I found ridiculous and refused. I immediately called another plumbing agency that gave me an estimate over the phone thats was drastically less money. All in all I had my garbage disposal replaced, as well as my water filter for less than $400. There is absolutely no reason why someone should pay almost 4x the amount for such a simple fix.

Contacted Silver state to get a quote on a sump pump. Matthew and his colleague were patient, polite, professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and very matter of fact. While at our home, he uncovered faulty / defective pipes and stated that the manufacturer of these pipes had been involved in a class action lawsuit - we have had numerous plumbers come through our home in the time we’ve lived here and none brought up the potential severity of the situation with us. Matthew took the time to show me the defect(s), went through and showed me the class action lawsuit, and wrote up a very detailed work order and went through it with me line by line. It's been so long since I met a honest plomber like Enrique , professional , sensitive with our situation and so nice 🙂.
My water heater broke and I contact my insurance company for a replacement ,
The company send me a company that was a scam company - they did everything to get from me more money and weren't professional at all !!!!!
Then I fight with the insurance company for a second opinion - it took them 5 days to agree - that's when Enrique came to our house .
He was pleasant and super professional , he found out our water heater is still under warrenty and really there is no reason to pay so much money like the other company asked .
For sure 5 star home services inc is the only company I'm gonna use for plumbing and repairs !!!!!
