Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

David, Anton, and Lou worked diligently for 3 hours into the evening (8pm) to get our a/c up and running in time for the burst of heat expected this weekend. They explained what was done and powered up the unit to make sure it worked. They reassured me that someone will be by tomorrow to check on it for leaks and that it is still running. We've dealt with Silverstate for years and have been satisfied with the work they have done.
