Best Video Inspections in Las Vegas NV

I contacted Precision Plumbing, for a spot repair on my sewer line. Service tech Tyler was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He immediately evaluated the scope of work and provided me fair and reasonable price. I asked him how soon he could start the job and he informed me that he could start immediately. Tyler has an extraordinary work ethic, integrity, and excellent customer service skills. The job took a couple days all the while Tyler kept me informed of the status and the progress of the job by sending photos via text. Upon completion of the job Tyler diligently returned soil and grass with minimal disruption to the yard. Tyler has to be the hardest working plumber in Las Vegas!!! Without hesitation I highly recommend Tyler and Precision Plumbing!!

If I could give 0 stars -- this company would get it. AC home warranty (CHOICE) visit. The technician came out - did not listen to what I was telling him, spent 45 min. on the phone constantly while he proceeded to dismantle and completely shut off my a/c. Mind you, it was sporadically working and appeared to be a thermostat problem. He never checked the thermostat (which would be a quick and cheap repair) but instead went directly to the unit - got on the phone and never got off until it was time for him to leave. Then, he came in with a smile on his face and told me he needed approval from the Home Warranty company -- that he shut off the AC to prevent further damage, and someone would be back within 24 hours. I have now logged onto the home warranty company site, and see that this claim has been given to another company 3 days out and it is 100-110 degrees outside. Who does this to someone with a smile on their face? Either that technician didn't have a clue about what he was doing, or it is an intentional scam.
I hope every person who has a negative experience with this company reports them to the BBB and whoever they else they are affiliated with. Home Warranty companies need to pay attention to quality of work that their vendors provide -- because it gives them a bad name as well. Stay away from this company - BAD NEWS!!!!

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

Dan and David were great! They explained everything involved in my plumbing repair and provided a quote. The cost for the repair was well below what the Sunny Plumber or Silverstate quoted but the quality was just as good or better. Don’t get taken financially by the big plumbing companies. Use Dan and get a honest, reliable plumber.

Super professional. Tony is very courteous. Explained to me the problem, what it was gonna take to get it fixed and fixed it in a timely manner. It is always hit or miss but I can definitely recommend active plumbing and air-conditioning and if you get Tony as your technician you’re in good hands!

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

David was great and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed and made recommendations for future camera scoping to see if there isn't something major in the pipes.

Had a toilet clog, Helen responded right away with an ETA and was also upfront with pricing. Jerry and his son were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He was a pleasure to chat with, would highly recommend!

Was estimated to change out two bathtubs was scheduled to be replaced two weeks ago but had to reschedule on their end due to emergency which was understandable. We rescheduled but the day before they called and wanted to reschedule again which i agreed they were suppose to show up next day early am which didn’t happen. Alex called me in the morning and said they won’t be able to install that day and would come out to take measurements same day which i didn’t understand because why didn’t they take measurements when they first came for estimate? Was suppose to show up at 3pm had to cancel appointments due to that and wasted my whole day waiting on Alex which he never showed up nor called. Very unprofessional for a job that’s suppose to take one day but is stretching out to almost a month now
