I used Innovative to install a new garbage disposal and for a small leak I discovered in the garage. The office was responsive to schedule changes I had to make, and the plumber Ralph was able to quickly handle both plumbing issues during the same visit which saved me time! This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

Called the plumbing company from our church bulletin as we just came back from a month vacation and had a letter from water authority regarding a water leak. Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

American Brothers was absolutely amazing. They instantly responded to our service call for a massive leak in the reverse osmosis system under our sink (on Christmas Eve Eve no less) and had a technician out the next morning right at 8:00am (on Christmas Eve!). Chris was quick to diagnose the problem, acquire the necessary parts, and fix our leak. Not only that, they charged a fair price for the work and were able to expeditiously complete the repair. American Brothers legitimately saved our Christmas, and that says something in 2020. We will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
