I had an appt scheduled between 12-4pm but right at 12pm the office called me that a technician was on his way. Johnny showed up right on time and got to work. This appointment was for my yearly plumbing maintenance. Johnny checked all of my plumbing and gave me recommendations of what my home needed. He is very knowledgeable and professional and did not push any sales on me. So I did not feel pressured at all.
