Super shady when you call a company that's sends out a technician that tells you that your home warranty won't cover your repairs and he'll charge $1700 cash to do the work on the side but it will cost an additional $160 cash to get into the warehouse for the parts. After speaking to the home warranty that is going to be covering part of the work out of pocket is only going to be $600 now. This technician is stealing from the company and lying to the customers. I am going to be making a complaint with the owner of the company.

Air compressor had blown a copper line going from the compressor to the air hoses..Mark came checked it out got the copper line he needed, sweated the angles together and good as new..and with a 2 yr warranty can't beat that to your door service.

Sept 2020 Update: I just used Sanderson again to replace a leaky main water line. As usual, their expertise and work were top notch, their price was fair and firm, and they offer a one-year labor warranty.
Last month, I got a letter from the LV Water District about a leak. Sanderson located it, pulled the permit, dug the trench, replaced the line, and left the yard as neat as before. The inspector signed off, and the meter shows the leak gone. Sanderson is the ONLY plumber I've found in Vegas who is knowledgeable, experienced, fair and honest. They are family owned and operated, and I'm very thankful I found them!
March 2019: Finally . . . . ! I found a plumber that is competent, professional, fair, hard working, and pleasant to deal with. This morning my 12-year-old water heater leaked a puddle in my garage. I contacted 35 local plumbers in Las Vegas, got all kinds of quotes and promises, checked out their licenses and reviews, and decided on Sanderson. Jason and his son came over this afternoon, began work right away, did a super job of installing my new water heater to code, hauled away my old unit, walked me through features of the new heater, and left the workplace nice and neat. The price was competitive and fair, but, more importantly, the work was professionally and expertly done. I received all the warranties in hand, including one-year labor (some companies only offered 30 days!), and the entire experience was easy and first rate -- hassle free. I live in Sun City Summerlin, and you best believe that I will be sharing my experience with my neighbors.Thank you, Sanderson Plumbing, for restoring my faith in Las Vegas contractors!

They Showed up on time.. Are very professional and explained in detail each step of the process of completing my HVAC repaired. I would use them again. They are now my AC company.

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.

David C. performed maintenance on my air conditioning unit today and he did an excellent job. I've had David before and he is always very professional and appears to really know what he is doing. He answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with his work today.

We've had a couple weeks to replace the water heater Jorge has done a fabulous job. I highly recommend his service.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
