This company schedules my appointment two days after I reported be water heater busted. My schedule was from 7-11. I received a call at 8:50, telling me they are will be here between 1 and 5. Needless to say, I took the morning off of work since I work across town and gave them the respect of not having to wait for my commute back.
I explained to the caller this scenario she continued to talk above me not listening. She arbitrarily canceled my services altogether and hung up...
Highly recommend not calling for services!!

Air compressor had blown a copper line going from the compressor to the air hoses..Mark came checked it out got the copper line he needed, sweated the angles together and good as new..and with a 2 yr warranty can't beat that to your door service.

Our fire pit has a gas leak and Tony has been working with me troubleshooting the issue and helping me make a plan to get this repaired. We are still in the process of gaining access to the gas piping so Tony can return to replace gas piping once the demo is completed. He’s is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM, AND THE WORK DONE. THANK YOU ANTHEM!

The technician who provided service was rude and unprofessional. He was more concerned about collecting the $49 inspection fee than anything else. As the homeowner, I was not there and, while I understand that in a case like that they require payment up front, I still expect professionalism. My brother (who was there) contacted me to let me know and also informed me he told the technician he would provide the $49. The customer service rep (Rayshawn) was quite nice, apologized and explained the situation. I explained to her that I can understand the concern with a new, unknown customer. However, less than a year ago, I spent more than $2,500 on services from Yes! and expected more from them given I was a known customer and this should have been considered repeat service. I pre-paid with Rayshawn, not only for the inspection and the required part and labor, but also the inspection fee for my second unit. She said she would advise the tech and I in turn advised my brother. When I arrived home, my brother advised that when he told the technician that the second AC unit needed to be checked, he responded with And that's ANOTHER $49!! in an equally rude, unprofessional way. Needless to say, I will never contact Yes! again for any service. The only good experience was Rayshawn, the CSR.

Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. Most companies would price gouge, or charge excessive fees, honestly, I underpaid for the quality of work that was done. So glad I found J&J Plumbing here in Vegas.

This is my second need for the Sunny Plumber to do repairs in my home. My experience was even better than the first and the first was fantastic!! Ivan repaired the garden faucet on the front of my home and even showed me pictures because I was unable to leave the inside of my home to go outside. (had an accident and fractured 3 ribs!) Very courteous, patient with my many questions because the past repairs on the same faucet haven't lasted more than a year or so. I have had to replace this same unit 3 times in 4 years. He says I have a two year warranty parts and labor and says this is a permanent fix and I will probably not need a future repair like I have in the past. I will DEFINITELY use Sunny Plumber for any of my plumbing needs. Kudos to all of the staff and techs they are wonderful!!!

Very professional work verygood workers

I have property's in Las Vegas, unfortunately we don't live there at present. I was using another AC Repair service and was hit with a huge estimate, not more than 7 months after they claimed to have repaired it. I called friends and they told me Rakeman does Air Conditioning and to call them. I called and talked to the owner and he put me through to his service manager. I shared what my tenant told me, and what the other company told me, he offered to come himself and evaluate the situation. Turns out, the other AC company was either incompetent or lying, Rakeman saw the problem, fixed it and saved me over $2500.00!
I was treated fairly, fast, professionally, and more important, like one of the family. Tremendous experience!
