Jeff was wonderful. I was afraid I would need to replace my water heater right before Christmas but not the case. He repaired a minor problem. The entire job was $200 I was so concerned it would be very bad news. I will never call anyone else - they are the best!!

Adaven came to the rescue after waiting around for another company that kept waisting my time and not completing the plumbing work they promise they would do. On June 18 my bathroom was cloth due to plumbing issues, I called Adaven and Jerry for their services. He fixed it, and I had no more worries. I explained my situation with the sewer lines and plumbing and he quickly understood and provided me with an estimate by Monday June 20th. Quickly we coordinate the dates and he work around my schedule!! On June 27 he started the job with his team and completed June 30th. Along the plumbing he assisted me with getting someone take care of the drywall. Jerry is realiable, profesional and transparent with his work!! David and Iven were great. I had my water meter compression fitting connection leak around Nov 22nd. Called American Brothers and they were out the next day looking at the problem. They gave me an estimate on the spot to replace the entire service line that was lower by nearly half compared to the plumbers down the street working on a similar problem.

The work was great, and so far no leaks and everything is in working order. Some downsides though -- 1) communication - wasn't really updated on when the work was going to happen unless I ask, which they do respond promptly. (work also done promptly) 2) pulling permit - they pulled a permit without asking if I was going to be present that day, and apparently I didn't but was told I need to show the inspector the permit document. Anyway I slept through the inspection since the work was done outside in the front yard.

I would recommend them still and I would use them again for tasks I cannot do myself.

I was recommended this company through a friend and I’m really glad I used them. The team was overall friendly and helpful. I have a tendency to do a lot of research before hand so I had an idea of what might have been wrong and roughly the cost. When my technician came out he was super polite when I explained what I thought was wrong. I genuinely appreciated that especially being a female, I’ve had some people shut me down right away. After my service he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it, which was great. And the cost was perfect!! This company did an amazing job, I will definitely us them again.

Scott with Dignity plumbing came through once again and was a big help. Instead of automatically doing the job I thought was required which would have been expensive, he gave me a few alternative choices that saved me a lot of money. These guys care about their customers more than making a quick buck and I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. Most companies would price gouge, or charge excessive fees, honestly, I underpaid for the quality of work that was done. So glad I found J&J Plumbing here in Vegas.
