I hired a contractor to come into my kitchen to remove a couple of cabinets to get to a slab leak....a few hours later, my kitchen was gone. It's a long, miserable story. The most important part is always the ending anyways. After meeting with a few contractors to come in and repair the damage, I ended up hiring LV Restoration. From the second they walked in my door, IT WAS ON....these guys were on a mission. Immediately went to work, if something didn't seem like it wasn't going to plan, they pulled me in to discuss my options. Every corner of my new kitchen was put together perfectly, outstanding workmanship and not a detail left undone. The owner, his crew, true blue....they had me at hello. Professional, ON-TIME, polite and knew what they were doing...... I absolutely love my kitchen! I decided on a whole home water system and Sanderson Plumbing was up to the task. Very polite, professional, and educated me on the process. Both father and son came to the home to begin the installation and Jonathan completed the task with such efficiency that I was surprised. Cost was as expected for the service but the actual workmanship is wonderful. Jonathon explained how to utilize the system after installation and we will definitely use them again. We are considering an upgrade to our water heater.

BTW, no up-charges or pressure to buy anything other than the work we requested. That was refreshing and the whole process was simple.

I got a quote within 15 minutes of placing my estimate. I got same-day service. Aaron called and asked if he could arrive slightly sooner. He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed my problem and corrected within a few minutes (I had spent hours trying to solve; a new bidet from Japan that had an ill fitting gasket and wouldn’t allow proper threading of the flex hose to the T-valve).

In summary, my only regret is I did not call them sooner. Highly recommend.

Had a water heater go out, water all over! I Called Larkin and they sent Matt over to look at our problem. Complete professional! When something like this happens, few people are prepared financially and it can be VERY stressful! Matt not only understood how to fix our water heater, but was also very kind and explained everything so we understood and resolved some stress. Thank you Larkin Plumbing and Matt!
