I woke up to a wet kitchen floor and called Silver State. Everyone on the phone was very responsive and helpful, and Chris arrived promptly to check out the situation. After doing a thorough check under the sink, Chris determined I had a broken shut off valve, broken kitchen faucet, and the air gap was clogged. He explained my options for pricing (which I appreciated, much more so than one flat rate), and the issue was fixed in about an hour. Such a relief.
