I called them because of all the good reviews. I'm glad to add my own. According to our previous AC guy, the compressor unit needed to be replaced. Haik took a thorough look at the whole system and found out that only the capacitor was bad. He replaced it, and the AC is now working... for 10% of the estimated cost we got from the other guy.. Will definitely use Haik again.

After taking a bath, we saw water damage to the ceiling. We requested a plumber from Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning Services. After witnessing how well they served our neighbors, we hired them, and we were not dissatisfied. Both the speed and cost of the service were good.

I went through two lazy plumber before I found LV restoration and Plumbing. Brian came out assess the problem and got my gas line back up and running. I can't say enough good things about this company and their service. I highly recommend them.

Either there are a lot of fake reviews of this company or I got a bad tech.
1. Tech called twice stating he 'lived nearby' but couldn't fund my place. He acted dumb when I suggested using google maps.
2. Arrived an hour later. He said it was ok, as he was 'on time' as far as the office knew.
3. He forcefully removed the inside unit cover- tearing the wall around it.
4. He didn't know how to get to the unit on the roof, I had to show him. Was this a trainee?
5. He looked at the unit for about 2 minutes, then came down and said I need to call for a replacement estimate.
I asked what was wrong with the unit and the tech stated 'it was old' and that it 'ran backwards'. No further info was provided.
6. As a final blow- he charged me a service fee. This would be ok- but they were advertising 'free quotes for new units'. Why did I have to pay to be told 'it's old, buy a new one'?
7. There was no follow up from Silverstate at all. A competitor fixed the unit the next day for around $150, explained what was wrong and stated Silverstate clearly didn't know what they were doing or were trying to make money insisting on replacements.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

They were very professional and efficient.
