We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

Jason is very helpful and knows plumbing like the back of his hand. I myself know a little bit of plumbing and a plumber myself, but nowhere near skilled as Jason. Amazing service! My first call to Techcool was at 6:30PM on Monday (Sorry Hector 🥴). I explained that my father had returned home that day to find the AC dead and the thermometer at 113°. Although it was late in the day, he arrived at my fathers home within 30 minutes. After trying to triage a 23 year old AC system, we agreed that the cost/effort to repair was inappropriate for a system of that age. I asked for a quote to completely replace the AC and Heating system, which he sent later that evening. Although the Corona-situation has diminished inventory of available systems, he was able to find a system that met my specific request and dispatched a team of experts that removed the old and installed the new system the very next day. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer orientation. Give Techcool a chance. They are fabulous.

I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

Le llame para desirle que se tapo de nuevo y me dijo que nesesitaba un jetting me cobraba $650.00 dlr. .el sabia que se taparia de nuevo al meter solo el cable..al sigiente dia..son UNOS ESTAFADORES..
