I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

What impressed me the most was how quick and efficient Trey was in fixing the issue. He didn't waste any time and got the job done right the first time. I needed to have my pressure restrictor value replaced as it was allowing 95psi into my house and the pressure broke my water softener. They came to replace the value and did it quickly and efficiently. At the same time I asked them to switch out my magnesium rod in the hot water tank to a aluminum rod since I'd be replacing the broken water softener the following week. The process was easy, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I know going forward any plumbing issues I have, I'll be calling Hips Plumbing LLC

David and his crew were great. My water main line had a leak and had to be replaced. David came out the same day and gave me an estimate, he started the job the next day. David and Xavier were great as they replaced the entire mainline and worked to get the job done quickly. David is very friendly and experienced; he answered all my questions. They made sure to put my landscaping back, almost like new. Excellent service at a good price, highly recommended.

Juan the technician who came to fix the plumbing problems in my office was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous & efficient! Their booking office can improve on appointment times! They told me their technician was going to come between 10am & 5pm, which means I’m stuck and can’t leave to go and do anything else during business hours. I think a better scheduling response would be with a maximum two-hour window.

On March 21, 2017, my water Heater died after 14 years of reliable service... I called Vegas Plumbing Service to obtain an estimate to replace and install my 50 Gal.. water heater..They sent out a technician to my home within three hours after my call and provided me with the Estimate. After considerable discussion with Chris , the Technician, who explained to me the options available to me and their associated costs... I easily decided to go with the House brand water Heater provided from Vegas Plumbing Service and Chris explained to me that he had the 50 Gal., model on the Truck and that he could install it right now, if I agreed to the price of the Water heater including the installation cost...

Once, I agreed to have the work done Chris was a true young professional in that he did the work quickly, efficiently cleanly and also agreed to take the old water heater back to the Shop for scrap....I was provided with a six year warranty on the tank and parts and a one year warranty on all labor, which was very reassuring to me as a customer ....Chris and the Vegas Plumbing Service company are OK with me ......because they were there for me when I need them.........Angelo D....

Late one evening our bathtub handle broke while running the bath water. Not able to reach the landlord or property mgmt company, we were forced to shut off our water main to avoid flooding the house. Being completely without water, Max Plumbing sent their technician Keno Fedorko to assist us. He was very nice and professional, and once he received approval for the repairs, efficiently fixed the bathtub, restored the water, and made sure everything was in perfect working condition, including making sure our hot water was working. So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
