CAME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT AND CLEAN SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS AFTER HE LEFT I NOTICED THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING NOISE AND WHEN I LOOKED I SAW THE OBVIOUS THAT ANY INSPECTION WOULD HAVE PICKED UP: THE WIRES TO THE FAN HANGING LOW DUE TO SLEEVE ROTTING AND WERE BEING CLIPPED BY FAN BLADES.

PRIOR TO THIS HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AND GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR LABOR. HE REFUSED TO LIVE UP TO HIS WARRANTY BECAUSE I DARED COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS INSPECTION.

LOW QUALITY WORK AND LOWER QUALITY ETHICS. RUN FROM THIS CLOWN.

Had an issue with both of our A/C units. Contacted 5 star through our home warranty. Our service technician, Rueben, was very professional, polite and helpful with all of the issues we had with our units. If I were to use this service again I would definitely recommend Rueben! I’m sure the other technicians are just as professional, but I’d rather stick with what I know.

I was not happy with the sales person and it was not disclosed that I would have a fee for the quote. You should really advise people not to ask about someone's marital status or ask if there's another decision maker in the home.Questions should be worded differently.Are you the homeowner able to make decisions would have sufficed.After multiple quotes your company was almost 4-5x more expensive than the other licensed and bonded companies in town

I called Best as a second opinion because I was told I needed to replace my HVAC system by another company. Well, Dave was awesome! He fixed the issue in 30 seconds!!! No new unit needed. With his skilled eye and experience, he saw a wire was out of place and fixed it in a snap. Thank you Dave! Definitely calling you the first time in the future 😉

Absolutely use Straight Up Plumbing and ask for Daniel!
He is Honest, Knowledge and friendly and he knows what he is talking about!
I have already saved Straight Up Plumbing to my contacts as they are the only plumbing company I will use going forward!

Final Update: 3/4/2023My water softener needed replacement so I contacted Tim at Air Pro Masters. Tim came out and 'sold' me on a water conditioning system instead of replacing the water softener (I blame myself for falling for the sales pitch and not doing my normal research). A water conditioner is nothing like a water softener and way more expensive (thousands more). Initially when installed, the system was hooked up backwards and I was getting progressively worse rashes/hives after each shower. We had some sinks/faucets replaced at the same time and each one leaked after install. After multiple return visits, the leaks and water conditioner system were 'fixed'. Not even sure if the system is actually working correctly today though, but at least I don't get the intense hives/rashes anymore! But my skin absolutely HATES it - no matter how much moisturizer I put on, I am still constantly itchy - good times :( I was told the system was guaranteed but after calling when my body was really tripping out (when it was hooked up backwards), I quickly learned that 'guarantee' meant absolutely nothing. I have scheduled the whole system to be removed by another company and have a water softener installed - exactly what I originally asked for and wanted. Overall a bad experience and a VERY expensive lesson for me. Hoping this review helps others to remember: don't fall for sales tactics, do your own research, don't trust any information without verifying things for yourself. I wish I would have never contacted this company again, but that's my mistake, and the only reason for two stars and not one. Lesson learned!!Update 1/5/2023: Tim reached out to me after seeing this review. He was very adamant to make things right and apologetic for the experience. The fact that a business manager takes immediate action after seeing an unfavorable review, shows he values customer feedback and that is the type of business I want to support. I will absolutely contact them when needed in the future.Original post 1/3/2023: I had my water heater replaced on 12/29/2020 but it recently started knocking. I did some research and found it may simply need a flush so I called the installation company. Was told a flush would be $150 but that the problem could be with the anode rods and that would cost an additional $185. When I asked about warranty since the unit is just a few days over two years, I was quoted $1700 to replace. I asked how that was possible since the unit/install was $1150 two years ago and response was prices increased. I understand that everything has increased but a 50% increase seems absurd and false. I called a different company and they are coming out tomorrow to do a diagnostic of the rods and a flush for $49. Also when I asked about cost to replace, it was no where near $1700 (much closer to the Dec 2020 price I paid). I had been happy with this company but if that is their attitude toward repeat customers, I'll just go elsewhere.

Showed up quickly and price was very fair for a minor repair.

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!
We could not be HAPPIER with the services of PENTAGON PLUMBING!!
