Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

Frank is a good technician that went in and out of my house like 4-6 times and solved my issue with a leaking faucet. The only gripe I have is he did not offer or wear any booties on his boots. I did not say anything because when Sunny Plumbing came out they automatically put them on and that is a real professional technician in my eyes.

Curtis first had to determine the proper tool to remove the faucet stem to get it out of the wall, second had to verify with Newport Brass the correct part number, third had to work with various suppliers to get the correct part in a timely manner. Then install the new faucet stem and check for leaks. Curtis is very professional, knows his trade and works to make sure his customers job is done correctly, and they are satisfied with the job.

I had a leaky pipe at my house and I called Joe D, the owner and he sent a technician ( Brian ) right away. Brian quoted me and gave me a reasonable price that we agreed upon. He could not start that night as it was a major repair. It involved the major pipe from the main water line, they had to dig deep in my front yard. But he started working on the leak the next day. They did a great job fixing the problem and putting everything back to how my front yard looks before. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

I’m giving 5 stars for my review. The reason I called this company because I received a high water bill and the water district said we have a leak. So i called Tuesday and the next day Jordan the tech showed up on time. First, he checked the possible leak in the house and found nothing and then he explained to me what to do next. So I payed only $25 which is the service fee as advertised. Thanks for the great service.

Le llame para desirle que se tapo de nuevo y me dijo que nesesitaba un jetting me cobraba $650.00 dlr. .el sabia que se taparia de nuevo al meter solo el cable..al sigiente dia..son UNOS ESTAFADORES..
