Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

After taking a bath, we saw water damage to the ceiling. We requested a plumber from Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning Services. After witnessing how well they served our neighbors, we hired them, and we were not dissatisfied. Both the speed and cost of the service were good.

Extremely satisfied! Called them on a Sunday about a leaking water heater and they had someone at my door in 2 hours! The employees I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant and professional. The technician was awesome and did an amazing job! The water heater wasn't completed in one day but I totally understand being last minute, proper evaluation, and to obtain the parts needed. I was very thankful he prepared the area for next day install, fixed the faulty knob that was leaking, and made sure I would at least have water that night He arrived the next day right when promised. Install was done quickly! Highly recommend! Would definitely be calling them in the future for air conditioning and plumbing needs.

I found these guys on a cold call just for an estimate because my case was a semi emergency to most people. They came on a Sunday and in a timely manner which is rare in itself, but the technician, who introduced himself as Brian, very professional in his assessment and the price I felt was affordable but I needed a confirmation from my Realty Company, again on a Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday! I regretfully did not get a go ahead on the project but I must admit I was still enamored by the company and their representative! If I owned this home, I would have chosen them to do the work, but I thought this is the least I can do to show the appreciation of an exceptional company! I have more words than I am willing to type here. Long and short is that Silver State Plumbing is jacked up. They have a lot of good plumbers, but whoever is runing the show, coordinates, and communicates on bigger jobs just fails.

$4000 to replace old pipes that were back grading and causing consistant clogging and backup of kitchen sink. 6 months later, 6 + different plumbers, and hours of sitting at the house waiting for the plumber to show up, multiple wet floors... still trying to get it fixed.

This week, payed another pumber to inspect work and give second opinion since we are backing up again. He found that the pipes had started to sag and grading is off again and that silver state should warranty thier work.

Contacted silver state, they replace pipe again on tuesday. Wendeseday come home to a flooded landry room. Thurs silver state back out, they look at pipe, have bunch of ideas, ask us not to run dishwasher or laundy and will be back Friday to Hydrosnake the lines. Friday, new plumber shows up, no idea what is going on or that this is a reoccuring issue, spends half his time here talking to his manager to get a grasp, and then snakes line again.

Think if I send Silver State and invoice for the hours and hours I've spent baby sitting, following up, cleaning up, and waiting on them they will pay me thier hourly rate?
