They truly are a 24/7 business. My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning did a great job fixing our leaking outdoor faucet and installing a new interior ball valve. They also graciously straightened and sealed the shaky foundation of our toilet without us asking them to do so, and they replaced the entire inside of the tank with new parts. Stop the dripping! He was charged exactly what was quoted. The measures they made to ensure my safety during covid hours were much appreciated (mask, gloves, booties.)

Filed a claim with my Home warranty company ~ American Home Shield for a clogged toilet. 5 Star Home Services came and used a snake to clear the clog and scratched the porcelain in the toilet bowl. Both AHS and 5 Star say that they are not liable for any damage during a repair service. I have been using AHS for over 10 year but definitely will not be renewing my contract with them. I also will never use 5 Star Home Services again. The guy who answered the phone was very abrupt and unhelpful.

Somehow, in a town full of pools, finding a reputable leak detection company is difficult. I went through one company that was really good at taking my $400, but really awful at accurately finding leaks in a pool.

Finally, I was recommended Valleywide Leak Detection. This company is a keeper. On their first visit, they arrived on time and went about systematically locating the area of the leak. Then, both guys on site ran their own inspection to make sure they both came to the same conclusion of the exact location of the leak. Half the battle won already.

I hired the same guys to come back and make the repair. Again, they arrived on time and methodically and carefully removed the patio pavers next to the spa that were over the leak and laid them out in order for exact replacement. And, of course, right under the hole was the spa drain with a big cut in it. Perfect find.

They cut out and replaced the offending pipe and then perfectly relaid the pavers on top. Other than our pool maintaining its water level, one could never tell we had work done.

I give them an A+. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. They aren’t a big name with fancy logos and billboards and 800 numbers — but their work and skills are impeccable. A local gem.
