He gave me a quote same day just off a couple of photos and managed to squeeze me into his schedule same day to fix a shower leak. Not only was he professional and timely, but he offered great advice on how to prevent and address future issues. The work was inexpensive and comes with a 1-year warranty. I had a shower cartridge that needed replacing. I had called several other plumbers, but because the hole in the shower wall was too small, others said they would need me to call a tile guy to open up the wall further to be able to do anything. Then I called Frontier Plumbing and they said they could try removing the shower cartridge without doing any of that, and they did just that! They went further to shop around for a new shower cartridge for me, since the replacement cartridge I already bought was incorrect. Saved me a ton of money and time on what could have been an expensive fix, and kept the price at an affordable rate. On top of that, they reinstalled the shower handle and caulked it, free of charge. Will definitely refer back to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Walter our technician and repairman went the extra mile. to ensure our installation was correct. There was retrofit involved due to age of property and he double checked everything to ensure the installation of the water softening system and sink installation was done to spec and there were no issues. As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS.
