This place is the best place by far. James came out and was straight forward and showed us how we can determine if we have a leaking problem or not for future and he took time to pin point where it was coming from and did quality work fixing it. He's the best we will definitely ask for him in the future if needed. They gave the best deal on the slab leak we had and are a life saver!

This place is a joke. They have time to install a water heater improperly, but don't have time to help you out when there's no money in it for them. All we wanted to do was drop off our broken heater, so we could get our new one. Of course we don't want you to install it. You're the ones that messed it up in the first place. Not to mention your services are grossly over priced. It's a sad state of affairs when you can't help someone because it's the right thing to do. My parents had to spend over a month in a hotel because of their unwillingness to help. Thanks for nothing. I'll make sure my company (managing over 100 local properties) never uses your services again. Furthermore; I plan to let everyone of my 100,000 following know that this place is no good. I'll sleep better at night knowing you've lost business. Maybe that's worth something.

DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .

These guys came out and did a great job! And it was quick and very inexpensive. I highly recommend them!

The company is not clear on the difference between a service fee and actually getting the work done. They will charge you $89 for coming out to diagnose the problem as well as charging $189 an hour for doing the work. That would have been fine had they made this clear from the very beginning. Would not recommend them going forward.
