Excellent service! I called in for a faulty toilet and got my issue resolved quickly. I worked with Dennis and he was great. He was very friendly and efficient. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and got straight to work. No nonsense or stalling. He replaced my old and leaky equipment within 30 min.

James Hickingbottom was the technician that came out to do my repair. He was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. James had to get the part once he got it he was very efficient in replacement and confirmed that it was the right fit.I also had an opportunity to speak with John in the office and he was just fantastic.I would definitely recommend Goettl Plumbing for anyone’s plumbing needs.
