I give this company an A+++. The first time we used them, Jason came out and diagnosed our leak and then installed a faucet for us. He did a great job. The second time, he was prompt in getting back to me and provided me with valuable information to fix my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable and his prices were on point.

I wanted air conditioning service for maintenance for the whole house. I called Techcool and the maintenance was handled pretty fast. Everything was in order, punctual and for a fair amount of money.

Dishonest company - Would NOT recommend. Has coupon on their website for $93 to clear a clogged drain or free - guaranteed. Came to house and only had to put snake down laundry pipe but quoted over $200! Mentioned the coupon and they said they have to have a cleanout but could easily snake the line like I asked but it would be $200+ with NO guarantee. Does not say anywhere on coupon on website (and I verified) about clean out requirement. Nice but definitely disappointed with their bate and switch type coupon.

I have never had to call a plumber before. Most everything my fiancé will just fix himself. But this go around unfortunately it just was t something we could do on our own. Having such BAD experience with anyone that comes to your home for work, plumber, electrician, gardener, groomer, etc. they always try to upsell youbor rip you off. Being a new home owner the initial come out is FREE! Frank was absolutely wonderful. He sat with my fiancé and poured over the job, and not once did he EVER make us feel obligated or pressure us for anything. He worked with us, and went above any beyond GOT THE JOB DONE. I will forever reccomend specifficaly him to ANYONE needing a plumber. My fiancé and I appreciate him spending the extra time to fix this cracked pipe in our garage wall. When we called precision and set up the appointment, Inactually read through the reviews and noticed all the good words on Frank, so I called back and specifically requested him. On Wednesday, I called to see about some plumbing services, and I expected to get an appointment within a week or so. Within 24 hours, Sal showed up! He was terrific - first doing a walk-through inspection, and then immediately fixing the problems. I will DEFINITELY call Anytime Plumbing again, and you can bet I will ask for Sal! He was knowledgeable, courteous, clean and FUNNY! He walked me through what he was doing - every step of the way. Thanks, Anytime! Had my first contractor completely flake out on me and abandon me after a slab leak flooded most of my house. Had the worst insurance company in the world. Seriously, if you have Western Mutual for your home insurance, switch immediately, I won't even get into that here because I will probably catch a slander case in the local courts if I do. As for Joe, he stepped in and helped me get the insurance company to pay more than they wanted. He had a awesome attorney I was able to consult, and in the end it all worked out. Maybe not as good as it should have if I had a real insurance company, but for the nightmare I was dealing with, the only good thing was LV Restoration and Joe personally helping me thru it. Ended up doing a full on remodeling from the floors to the ceiling. The work was excellent, and from everyone I talked to we got everything done in a record time. Of course it didn't seem that way, but I sit back and think about everything from plumbing, to electrical, to paint, to I don't think anything was untouched. Had a few problems, some big, some small, but they stand behind their work, and do whatever it takes to make it right. I have never done a full remodeling or delt with a flood ever before, and I don't wish it on anyone. LV Restoration is the company to use. He came in and fixed the nightmare that was left by the first contractor who disappeared after cutting holes in most of my walls and I now have a new house. Just finished everything less than a week ago, so I still haven't really had a chance to absorb everything that was done. But everyday now it gets better and better as I get used to a whole new house and get everything back to normal. I am working with Joe soon on a commercial project I have coming up, and I'm looking forward to knowing going in that the work will be to the highest standards. Don't hesitate to call for anything you need. Don't risk another unknown contractor.

COOL BUSINESS. I called plumbing repair now and had same day service for a water heater replacement! The plumber was friendly and respectful.
