We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! He gave us multiple options to choose from and we found a fix that fit our budget. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and customer service! DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .
