We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

I found LV Restoration & Plumbing online when searching for a leak detection service. On a Sunday morning, I entered my information online requesting an appointment. In less than 5 minutes, my phone rang. To my amazement, Brian told me he could be there later Sunday afternoon ! He called when he was 20 minutes away, like he said he would. He arrived soon after.
He was very friendly and well versed in water issues. He was knowledgeable with how Las Vegas Water District works and the problem that I was having. He walked around my property in 110 degree heat with a spring in his step, looking and listening for any leaks, as we deducted it was from my irrigation system. Once we investigated all 10 irrigation boxes, bugs in all, he found two leaks.
When I ask him how much do I owe, he said - nothing. His visit was a free estimate. I was pleasantly surprised and taken aback at the same time. I would definitely use LV Restoration & Plumbing again in the future for anything water related involving my home. Thank you Brian !

Going into so many new homes a week I often run into situations where I find people all to eager to write reviews highlighting their horrible experiences with other companies and I am amazed at how many wonderful experiences go untold.
I would like to give a Big Thumbs Up!!! to the owners of Innovative Plumbing Pros. I actually got to see the owners Tiffany & Jose shine doing their very best in a very bad situation. I was called in to do an Emergency Service Dry-down & Clean Up on a unit that had a flood “Water Damage and to make matters worse we found out once into the job that this flood was one of a few that had occurred in that very unit. Bad situation “ YES and adding to all this the tenant had severe respiratory issues. My company AAA Carpet Cleaning handles these type of emergency/high stress water loss situations all the time however, what I almost never see is the Concern, Care & Attention that was given to the resident/tenant. It was unbelievable, the owners Tiffany & Jose treated this tenant as though she was a family member.
They communicated with her throughout the entire process making sure that lodging & food were taken care of and that a very fast but thorough dry down was being completed.
This story has a happy ending. Within 2 days the tenant returned to a very dry & good smelling unit. She was so happy she actually posted reviews about her experience so to all you nay sayers out there that scream there are no honest plumbing companies in Las Vegas Innovative Plumbing Pros is proving you wrong. ….. Excellent Job Guys!!!

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

We just moved to Las Vegas four weeks ago. Our home required plumbing updates, and new A/C. Ace Services was highly recommended by several friends. We made the right choice in selecting Ace Services as they were very professional, friendly, fair priced and completed the work in a timely manner. Plus, there was no mess to clean up after the work was finished. Thanks!

Express is great. I was able to painlessly book a tune-up to make sure our HVAC System gets us through another summer. Chris showed up on time and checked over everything pretty quickly. I highly recommend.

We made a call to this company, and they were able to fix my toilet that same evening. I was amazed. They have collaborated with me before, and I was not really surprised since it is what they always do.

The owner dose not stand behind the work of there employees and when you speak with him he gets Rude and Irate on the phone.and tells you dont call his company anymore even though you have parts under warranty with them for 5 years i would not recommend anyone to use this company...

I cannot shower Plumbing Solutions and Andy with enough praise. Simply, Andy is plumb amazing. On time. Respectful. Efficient. Joyful.

My shower was not working. Andy had it assessed and repaired (without having to notify my neighbors…yay) within one hour. He then took the time to make sure I was happy with it. Mistake on his part. I then had other questions, all of which he was kind enough to take the time to answer.

And just when he was almost out the door, I asked him to check the settings on my hot water heater. It had been moved to barely warm by an unnamed someone (oops) and he reset it. He also advised me to move all my art supplies from around the heater. Who knew? Andy did.

All the cracks you hear about plumbers…none of them apply. Use these guys and you will be flooded with gratitude. Maybe not the best choice of words, but you get my point.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.
