Best Drainage Issue in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

Nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with in my life. Came out on a Sunday, hottest day in July, worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and charged very little. Definitely the only Plumber I will ever use in the future. Blown away by the customer service!! Thank you!

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced.
