TechCool got me an installation of Las Vegas water heater in free estimates.

I can't tell you how many emergency plumbers we called when our valve snapped. Most didn't answer, others couldn't send a tech, only one could even send a request out to a tech but couldn't give an eta. After waiting 2 hours for them, we called Nevada plumbing authority. They got to us in record time, worked super fast, and prevented a flood. I'm eternally grateful, and cannot recommend enough.

We had a leak coming from under our bathtub and Curtis came out and fixed it. He was even able to get the manufacturer to replace the part for free because it had a lifetime warranty (I would not have known this.) He was very nice, and knowledgeable, we really appreciated his help. Frontier Plumbing gets five stars.

I am so satisfied, I called to set up an appointment and the female that answered was so awesome, she asked what day worked best and I asked if a same day service was available and she said absolutely, and said she would call me back when a technician was available. She called me back in about 20-30 mins and the technician David (who was fabulous) showed up about 20 mins later and had my clog fixed in less then 30 mins and the price was very reasonable too. I called LV Restoration to make an appointment for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was given an appointment for Thursday, 2/11, at 12:30 p.m. with Louis. On Thursday, at 1:00, Louis was still not at our home & I hadn't heard from LV Restoration. I called the business & was told he was on his way. Louis arrived, looked around our kitchen, & left, letting us know he would have an estimate to us by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called the office after Louis left & confirmed they had our email address for the estimate. On Friday (2/19) of the next week, 3-4 days after the time promised for the estimate, I had still not received an estimate from Louis. I again called the office. The woman answering the phone told me she would contact Louis immediately & either have him get the estimate to me or let me know what was going on. It has now been over a month since our appointment with Louis & almost a month since I called to find out where our estimate was. We haven't received an estimate or heard from LV Restoration. I can't comment on the quality or value of the work because we didn't even get that far. What I can say is that in the limited contact I had with the business, Louis arrived late to our appointment without letting us know. Louis failed to provide an estimate by the time promised. The office failed to keep us updated or to follow up with us. Needless to say, we did not use LV Restoration for our remodel.

These guys came to repair or replace my hot water heater. They were called on Saturday by my home warranty company and couldn't show up till Tuesday afternoon . When the technician arrived, he arrempted to drain. It. He shut it off, called mush and told he could not do the job because the stand wasn't fastened to the wall and the water heater was not under warranty from the manufacturer. He also told me the tank wouldn't drain because it was full of sediment. The date on the tank was decent 2017. My home warranty company called me and disallowed my claim because of the technician report. He said it was a manufacturer defect. The next day I called the manufacturer and they said it is under warranty. Howevvt, they require a plumbing contractor. They refused to sell to the homeowner. Five star wanted $1100.00 to replace my tank. So I drained the tank myself, bought a new tank from Lowe's and installed it myself. Five star will never work on my house again. The technician flat lied to me and the warranty ct. Screw you!!!
