At 1st they missed the scheduled time on site, however, the tech showed up and did an outstanding repair job.

My water heater started leaking Thursday morning. After reaching out to 3 different plumbing services, as I was drying out my garage and running ruined items to the dump, I decided to go with Precision Plumbing for the job. The staff at the office was great and they were quick to get back to me and provided a quote right away. Frank and Gilbert were able to get in to do the removal of the broken water heater and replace it with a new tankless heater the same day. I stayed with them throughout the process and they were more than happy to explain the install. Incredibly quick and efficient, they managed to get the job done in only a few hours! I will definitely reach out to Precision Plumbing and to Frank and Gilbert for any future projects I have. Thanks guys!

I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

Amazing!! Highly recommend. Scheduled them for a routine maintenance and they found a serious fire Hazzard! Sparking electrical panel and a leaking gas line! Recipe for disaster. Fixed on the spot. I'm so thankful that I called for this routine service.

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing

I've used this company a couple times and got grossly overcharged both times. They do a very sloppy job and rob clients. Two thumbs down.
