CAME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT AND CLEAN SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS AFTER HE LEFT I NOTICED THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING NOISE AND WHEN I LOOKED I SAW THE OBVIOUS THAT ANY INSPECTION WOULD HAVE PICKED UP: THE WIRES TO THE FAN HANGING LOW DUE TO SLEEVE ROTTING AND WERE BEING CLIPPED BY FAN BLADES.

PRIOR TO THIS HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AND GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR LABOR. HE REFUSED TO LIVE UP TO HIS WARRANTY BECAUSE I DARED COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS INSPECTION.

LOW QUALITY WORK AND LOWER QUALITY ETHICS. RUN FROM THIS CLOWN.

WOW! talk about fast and outstanding service. One can say Frank was faster than Jimmy John's! He fixed out Hammering noise that was caused by an old water Valve. Frank, went above and beyond to fix the problem we've had for a few months.
