The worst experience ever. I called the place for a 10 minutes job (to change the pressure control valve). So, Chris came, took a look, then calculate in his tablet and came with a price that we were thinking he is joking or he things we are stupid. I was offended when I realized that he was serious. $775.00 for a part that cost $60.00 and 10 minutes to replaced. I tried to explain that I work in property management and I know prices but he insisted that is the price. I called the office to complain and next day when I spoke with Mike who claims he is the manager was as rude as Chris insulting my intelligence claiming that is a correct price. So, we went to HD, purchased the item($72.00), had a plumber coming and install for $60.00 in 10 minutes. So, I saved $600.00
Do you think for a second that was the price? No, they just tried to cheat.

Dan’s service is impeccable. Expedient & knowledgeable, he & his technician replaced the broken water line from sidewalk to my house. After assessing the problem, Dan explained in detail what & how the repair will go forward. Upon completion, the landscaping(lawn) & cleanup was back to normal. A job well done! The plumber named Dell showed up soon after calling. I showed him what needed to be fixed and he fixed it. I just want to give a shout out to Myrna, Rocky, and the crew that assisted my home this past week. My momma always said to me, when you come to a home, before you leave, make sure you leave it better than you left it. All I can say is this, for the work that was completed on our home, the main line water pipe was broken, Rocky and their crew, completed a phenomenal job, in fact, the work was 10x better than the work that was received 2 years prior from a prev company. The price quote doesn't get any better, especially for the work that was done. My family and I owe such appreciation and gratefulness for the speed, price, and quality.
