I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. We eventually had to replace it and he was there to help us, again very patient with us, and charge was reasonably priced. Thanks Dan for the great service. I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

First time they had to reschedule. Then when they rescheduled they were a NO call NO show.
