This was a visit from Sean for a quote on water softener and tankless pump. Moving forward with water softener. Sean was professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to everyone.

They charged me $322 to unplug a drain. Wrote “ no refunds on drain cleaning”. A day later I had same problem. Had Elliots come out for $76 and have had no issues. I’ll never use them again

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

UPDATE 9/23/22: We had to call on Adaven again yesterday due to an emergency. Steven and Jerry responded immediately and took care of the issue to our complete satisfaction. Jerry still has his customer oriented business sense that you don't see much of anymore. He stands by his work and truly cares that his customers are happy. We are so grateful to have them for all of our plumbing needs and wouldn't consider using anyone else!

We have used Adavan Plumbing for the past couple of years for all of our plumbing needs. They have installed a water heater, a water softener, a toilet, and have done a number of plumbing repairs in our home. The guys are always neat, clean, respectful of our property and do a great job. Steven, in particular, has been extraordinarily professional and dependable. Jerry, the owner, is very responsive when called upon and it's obvious that customer satisfaction is extremely important to him which I appreciate so much because it's a quality I don't see in many others these days. I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan’s. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews in Yelp and 22 on Google. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am extremely glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we’re living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn’t hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

Free estimates, which is a big thing. Other plumbing businesses charge you just to show up for an estimate. Installed a water softener without the loop being present, Resolution Plumbing did a great job, professional, on time and responsive.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.
