Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

This is Goettle plumbing. The people were nice and friendly THAT is the star. I needed two outdoor faucets replaced due to leaking from hard water. This Goetle plumbing charged 49.00 service charge. So I figure maybe a hundred dollars BUT THEY QUOTED 675.00 I paid them 49.00 service charge and told them to leave. I told them that was WAY TOO MUCH and that ETERNAL plumbing was not like that. I won't repeat smarty on the phone said because Eternal plumbing was a very good company I used in the past . Goetle plumbing highway robbery!! I dont recommend at all.

Was dealing with a horrible plumbing company that didn’t communicate with me what was going on. So my friend Kenny (comment below) recommended this company. I emailed them with the part that I needed and if they had it. Sure enough they responded right away saying that they did have it and could be here the next day. We called Hip's Plumbing primarily due to their HIGH RATINGS to fix a few things in our new house. First time for us since we just moved here to Nevada. I was shocked that they would be out in less than 24 hours and that there was not a service fee for this estimate on these items. This was the case whether or not we chose to use them. Our reverse osmosis water system had issues and our washing machine connection leaked. In addition, we needed 2 toilets removed and new ones installed along with adding a new water line in our garage for a refrigerator and fixing our non-working water dispenser/line in our house refrigerator Jeff reviewed all items that needed attention and gave us an itemized estimate for all or part of the work to be done. Plus, he could get started right then and there! We chose to hire him on the spot and he began working immediately. He completed all of the items and did an amazing job on everything especially the new toilets. Best grouting and finishing we've ever had. I have already referred HIPS to my neighbors and best friends and was just asked for their card by a Best Buy employee who was doing an installation in our house after my talking about how amazing Jeff and the company were. You will definitely be hearing from us again should the need arise... Thank you HIPS Plumbing for being out there and for being so thorough, accessible and pleasant to work with!

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.
