The 2 guys that came in where very professional and got the job done quickly.

Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

They were awesome they came out right away for a hose bib they were less than half the price of the other company very professional

I was desperate to get water heater repaired, my home warranty sent out IDEAL SERVICES the technician was terrible he only repaired a small leak but not the pilot light , long story short I called Sanderson Plumbing left a message and a kind man immediately called back, I told him my problem and he told me exactly how to get the pilot light to stay on, the tech at IDEAL SERVICES wanted $300 to search for the problem and the easy fix was to get the small amount of water out of the pan, because the water heater breathes from the bottom..the other tech told me it was being suffocated from the inside or possibly the exhaust system, I shop vacuumed out the water and the pilot was working again as good as new. Thank you so very much to Sanderson Plumbing I've told all my neighbors and friends to call this wonderful company for all their Plumbing issues. They get 20 stars 🌟🤩

Technican identified himself. He did a thorough review of the units functions as he identified the problem. He explained thoroughly in easy terms the problem. He gave possible options as a solution. Was organized, efficient in time use. Courteous and polite. I would use this company for future service. If our unit requires replacement, I would give our business to Ser-All Water Conditioning.

Jon Harriss came out here to fix the issue that I was having with the gas pipes and he did an amazing job quick and responded to all my questions. As well as Faith who I spoke with at first did an amazing job with everything that I needed to know! Great team and great prices! I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to and will highly recommend anyone to use Dignity Plumbing! Thank you guys!!!
