Best Water Heater Repair in Las Vegas NV

The service was performed on July 20 2019. I called on Friday evening and Vegas Plumbing was able to do a morning visit on Saturday. Matthew was the tech that came to do the job. I showed him the issue, which our tank was leaking. He cleaned up the water out of the water tray, lighted up the water heater, and we noticed there was a small leak. Probably pin hole size. I knew the tank was going to have to be replaced. Matthew said he had the same size of tank in the utility van and would be able to switch it out. We discussed the warranty options and I went with the platinum plan. It was only a few hundred more than what Lowes offered and a way better warranty plan.

I have a heat pump timer hooked up to my tank and Matthew was able to hook it up to the new tank at no extra cost, due to he had all the copper fittings to make it happen. Once he had the tank installed and hooked up to all the fittings, he showed me how the tank operates and recommended the best setting for our household. It's now November, and the tank is still at the same setting.

I was very impressed with Matthew's service and the opportunity he gave me of being able choose the best option for me from the multiple options that Vegas Plumbing has to offer.

We had a plumber come out from through Home Depot to remove our toilet and reinstall after our floors were done. He removed it without any problem. after the floor was installed. He came back to reinstall the toilet. He said the flange was broke and needed replaced for 2200.00. We have a warranty company and went through them. I felt the tech was rude when I explained we do not have the money he wanted to repair.
I think he should have noticed the flange when he removed the toilet, Now we have to have the flooring company back out after we find another plumber to take out the toilet in our 2nd bathroom. Not professional at all.

I had Butter Plumbing come out to give me a second quote after another plumber told me I needed over $20,000 worth of work. Butter Plumbing told me that instead I just needed a simple jetting to clean out the lines. They had the work done quickly and even put back a toilet that the other company had left unhooked and sitting in my living room and saved me almost 20,000! Very happy and will definitely use them again.

We recently moved into a home in Las Vegas. Shortly after we moved in we received a notice from the water district saying there was high water usage at our home. We called 3 plumbing companies to come give us bids on replacing the water main line from the meter to the house. Monte was the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave us the lowest bid and left us with a lasting impression. There was no doubt in our minds he was the best man for the job. Monte and his crew came to do the repair today. They did a great job and left the front yard and other areas in better shape then when they got there. Monte is so friendly and personable and easy to talk to. Very nice professional people work there

Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???
