I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management

I called Pure Plumbing based on a recommendation from a friend who had a similar issue as mine (leaking water main from the street). Del arrived the same day to evaluate my problem and outlined different options/costs to resolve the issue. The next day work started promptly on replacing the main water line. Del and Adan worked tirelessly in digging the trenches, measuring the new line and ensuring the valves and fittings would last for years to come. After the repair was completed I felt satisfied that I paid a fair price for the quality of workmanship.

We had a big problem with our water pressure in the house and had already had 2 different plumbers inspect everything, but we weren't thrilled about the high estimates. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). So I love and own my own mobile home in Cabana MH park. I get up at 4am for work and come home at 4pm. I get home and am relaxing. Then use the toilet and find I have no water. I go outside in the dark and there’s a bag of tools sitting by my water shut off. I walk around the house and find a service truck parked in front of my driveway. I ask him what is he doing since I own the home. He says he was told to replace the water line. I ask him the obvious question, “don’t you let the owner of the home know that you’re shutting off their water?”. His response was that they told him it needed to be fixed.
Just an FYI. Worked fine for the last 4 years, only needed a handle and to be wrapped for winter. So here it is at 6pm, no water in my home and he shows absolutely no concern or compassion for the situation he put me in.
I wouldn’t use this company if my life depended on it. I can only imagine how he’d act if it was an emergency.
