Sean (plumber) installed our tankless water heater last June 7,2020 and has to come back to finish the project for inspection. However, after several attempt to contact him, the technician kept rescheduling to fix the said project and it's June 20th already!!
This is unacceptable and very unprofessional!! Is this how you guys do business?!!

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

Eric is not a professional plumber. I asked him to repair a shower faucet. I paid him in full, but after he got the full payment, he left the work half done (see the picture; that is what he left undone), I called him many times and sent him many text messages to ask him to finish the work. Therefore, we waited for him for 7 days, but he never came back. We were unable to take a shower for 7 days. He is a money cheater. Please never ask this guy to do any repair work.

I highly recommend 24 Hr. Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC They were able to come over the same day to fix a leak in my shower. The technician, Mr. Sharpe, was friendly, knowledgeable and right on time. He was able to locate the leak and repair it with minimal damage. Mr. Sharpe was a pleasure to work with.
