Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. Most companies would price gouge, or charge excessive fees, honestly, I underpaid for the quality of work that was done. So glad I found J&J Plumbing here in Vegas.

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. Completely unprofessional and poor work quality, they had to redo the job because it broke again within two days. Will never use this company again.

Hopefully spring and fall inspections will save me costly expenses in the future. Service expert was extremely helpful in communicating what issues needed to corrected in an understandable manner. I will continue to subscribe to membership plan and continue to be satisfied with quality service.....

I have used this company on three separate occasions. They are amazing and so efficient. All three occasions they came the same day which is so important when you have plumbing issues. We had a big problem with our water pressure in the house and had already had 2 different plumbers inspect everything, but we weren't thrilled about the high estimates. After a friend recommended Flo Pro, we realized it was the best choice to fix it. On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.

When my toilet broke a few months back, I phoned this neighborhood plumber. I was unable to even flush it. They responded extremely quickly and showed up within an hour!

It was 110 degrees last night when our 3-year old home A/C stopped working. We called the company that installed it (a national firm that will remain unnamed) and they said they couldn't do anything until tomorrow - it is 9 am on the following day and we still haven't heard from them. Matt with Max's Plumbing returned my call within minutes and was on-site fixing the A/C to everyone's satisfaction within 90 minutes. No That is What I am Talking About when it comes to outstanding service. I told Matt as he left that Max's Plumbing was my company forever.

My AC unit stopped cooling in my rental home. My landlord sent out JT Temp. Their reception lady who answers the phones was very kind. She sent a team out right away. They did their assessment very quickly and asked for approval from the landlord very quickly. They had to wait for that response and initially wouldn’t return until 5 days later. We spoke with their receptionist once again and she understood completely our need to a sooner appointment. She did everything she could and ended up being able to squeeze us in the very next day. The gentlemen were here really fast. They were very nice and did there work incredibly quick. Me and my family are very grateful to them. We highly recommend them. Thanks to all of you! No more 90 degrees in the house .

They are Thief and liars and people who steal things the owner even steals from his own employees this coming from an ex-employee he stole all my work tools that shows you are kind of company this is

This isn’t you? Looks like someone has copied your logo, and email address. Has hacked your phone system so that when customers call you it’s redirected. That, or you’re just dishonest.

I got a water bill from last month of $1085, it's normally about $45. Obviously there was a water leak, but saw no leak. I looked on the web and found A Better Plumbing with great reviews and called them.

Juan came out shortly after that and was very knowledgeable, giving me all the options and suggested a good way to check where exactly the leak was.

We came to the conclusion that the leak was in fact in the main water line into the house. He wrote up an estimate and got to work right away. A while later he was joined by Mike who also worked very hard to get the job done.

They started at noon and by 6pm we had water back in the house! They could have quit early and come back another day, but are still here closing up the trench and of course making sure that there are no leaks!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I contacted Rakeman Plumbing with an urgent clogged drain at our dental office. They were so helpful and professional setting up the service call, Ashley was great. The technician that came out was kind, informative and efficiently fixed our problem. I appreciate all the wonderful people at Rakeman Plumbing.
