We called Focus Plumbing because a neighbor highly recommended a particular service man, Adan, who had done work at his home. We requested Adan and made an appointment. The morning of our appointment, Adan sent us a text message letting us know he'd be showing up in 40 minutes. His punctual arrival and immediate professional and friendly personality were notable. After carefully listening to us describe our kitchen faucet problems, he was able to assess what needed to be done and proceeded to explain to us the Focus Plumbing policy and options we needed to agree upon for his service. He spoke clearly, answered our questions and gave us our total cost for what we wanted done. He immediately got to work and before we knew it, he was finished. We're very pleased with our new faucet and will definitely hire Adan for any future home repairs we have. Called for a free estimate on service, talked to representative to confirm that it is only a free estimate. Plumber came out 45mins late without calling, wanted to charge $65 to write out a FREE estimate, refused to guarantee quote for a period of time if I didn’t get the service right than and there. Threatened to double the price as punishment for not getting service right then to force me to get the repair. Aggressive, rude and not good business practices. Refused service due to this. Homeowner beware.

This company tries to rip people off. They will add stuff to your quote that you don't need. Very poorly ran. Unprofessional. Will not ever use this company.

Owner stated that he would “rather not” provide me service because I didn’t want to purchase a water heater from him. Instead I only wanted a quote for installation of the brand new in the box heater that I already have purchased (the same brand as k currently have installed)

Came twice, still didn't fix the problem. Two weeks later, a leak re-opened. Patch solutions
