Phenomenal!!! Excellent work at amazing prices. I had never heard of this company before, but fortunately we did find them. Jon and Taylor fixed a shower valve for me (that was driving us nuts!) at an extremely reasonable price. Fixed it beautifully, even caulked the metal plate behind the shower faucet that had been loose for ages.It is looking and working BETTER THAN EVER now. Thanks you guys!!!

Chance was recommended by someone I know in Vegas. I was dealing with something for my mother’s property. I called and left a message. Chance returned my call promptly. After a brief discussion I wanted to hire him only to find out that he did not service my mother’s area in Henderson. I asked if he had a recommendation, and he did. I called the other company and they had someone out within an hour. Chance was polite, professional and asked very good questions to clearly understand the situation. I would have happily hired him if he serviced the area. Thanks to him I had the issue resolved quickly at a very reasonable rate.

Dan is so honest and great! I’ve had so many issues with previous plumbers who were scammers so I didn’t know where to go or who to trust. Dan gave me a fair and reasonable quote right up front and the price didn’t change after the job was done. He was thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions. He explained different techniques to resolve certain plumbing issues, the price differences, timeline and efficiency of each technique so there’s NO surprises or hidden fees. We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! He gave us multiple options to choose from and we found a fix that fit our budget. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and customer service! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

We only have water in the kitchen since my water softener broke and resin beads coming out of my faucets, showers and toilet tanks.I was desperate to find a plumber since the 1st company that came to our house just quoted me 21k to replace my water softener, water heater and faucets. My friend referred me to Jason.He answered the phone right away, listened, took time to explain to me what might be going on. Came to our house early morning the following day. Checked my water heater which by the way is in good condition (when the other company 702.. was trying to charge me 6k to replace it. ) Him & his son Jonathan removed clogged in our pipes, replaced my water softener for fraction of the price. Fixed everything basically within 4 hrs. Saved us money, honest, professional, life saver. Can't praise them enough for an incredible job. Highly, highly recommended.

Brandon was great! He replaced my shower valve. Not only was he efficient but he went above and beyond. He was very professional and had no problems answering my multitude of questions. He was able to explain the process very clear and consise to me which was helpful because i am not knowledgeable about plumbing. Any time i have an issue in the future i will be sure to request brandon and i recommend everyone else does too.

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

I was having issues with a very old toilet. We were unable to turn off At the emergency shut off valve so we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber that we called was very expensive but he recommended a services to us. I called and got immediate service the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were confident fix the problem quickly at a significantly lower rate than the competitor.
