Arich at Hydro plumbing was awesome. He always showed up on time, was available in between visits whenever i needed him, and his work was excellent. I will use him in the future for every plumbing need i have. I will refer/recommend him to all my friends

They refused to give less than a 7 hour time window and wanted to charge $99 up front when I already told them what the problem was. They should have just been able to give me a quote over the phone. Quickly moved on to another plumber.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

They replaced the toilet flange and shut off valve. They were on time and Daniel was very professional and did exceptional work. I liked that he had a mask, gloves and shoe covers when he arrived. After the repair he cleaned the entire work area and sanitized everything. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and within the standards of other plumbers I had called. Will definitely call Butter plumbing for my next repair or project.

I have property's in Las Vegas, unfortunately we don't live there at present. I was using another AC Repair service and was hit with a huge estimate, not more than 7 months after they claimed to have repaired it. I called friends and they told me Rakeman does Air Conditioning and to call them. I called and talked to the owner and he put me through to his service manager. I shared what my tenant told me, and what the other company told me, he offered to come himself and evaluate the situation. Turns out, the other AC company was either incompetent or lying, Rakeman saw the problem, fixed it and saved me over $2500.00!
I was treated fairly, fast, professionally, and more important, like one of the family. Tremendous experience!
