Best Plumbing Residential in Las Vegas NV

My thanks to Chance who runs this very fine plumbing firm who gave me complete direction on HOW to go about solving my plumbing issue today. He spent real time with me in helping me figure out how to proceed and gave me excellent resources. He's the KIND of service firm that is a cut above and I will be using him in the future, I am quite sure.

We had a major leak at the water main and cld in 2 companies to give us a bid. Their bids were exorbitant and entailed tearing up the front garden and paving stones. I decided to do some homework and noticed on my “Next Door” app that Dino’s had great reviews. I cld them late in the afternoon and Michelle answered and she was very concerned that we had no water as it was turned off. She promised they would come the next day between 10am & Noon as they were quite booked. However I was very happy to get a call from her early the next morning telling me she could be there in 10mins. I could not believe it. They came as promised and Dino went to work immediately and pinpointed where he suspected the leak was. ... 3 ‘ from the meter. He had his empl dig a short trench and confirmed the location and cause of the leak. He found out the leak was caused by a faulty joint and replaced it with a state of the art heavy duty pipe joint. He also confirmed that the existing pipes was a high quality water pipe and did not need to be replaced.
No tearing up of our front garden or paving stones and most important I did not have to pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS estimates as provided by the 2 previous Companies.
I am furious at the other 2 companies, one of them told us that the existing pipe was faulty and was banned even though he had not seen it.
Dino was very professional and his company left the Landscaping better than it was before.

Dan is truly awesome.We called him several times regarding our water heater and he was patient enough to help us over the phone. We eventually had to replace it and he was there to help us, again very patient with us, and charge was reasonably priced. Thanks Dan for the great service. This is our second time using his services and we are glad we found him.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

We just moved to Las Vegas four weeks ago. Our home required plumbing updates, and new A/C. Ace Services was highly recommended by several friends. For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

I’m a DIY guy, and there’s pretty much nothing I don’t repair around the house on my own, but plumbing is the exception. Installing a new garbage disposal or replacing a faucet is one thing,, but when I needed to replace the angle stops for the toilets in my home, I decided it was time to call a professional. I spoke with Excel plumbing over the phone, and they approximated about 30 minutes per toilet, and about $25 for parts for each. They said they charge an hourly fee of $100 per hour as opposed to a set fee for the job. Nice! I actually preferred the hourly fee because then I knew the repair man would take his time and do it right as opposed to getting it done as quickly as possible and doing a crappy job. They told me he would show up between 7 and 7:30am and would call me first to let me know he was on his way. The day of the repair I received a phone call at 6:45am letting me know he was en route and would be there shortly. He arrived at 7:15am, briefly discussed with me what he would be doing and got started. It only took him an hour to do all 3 toilets, which included installing a new tank fill valve I had picked up the day before. The final charges were $100 labor, and $95.70 in parts. The parts were slightly more since I wanted stainless steel braided supply hoses installed as well as the angle stops. I couldn’t be happier!
