Len and Angel provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process of finding the leak and fixing it. Len was very communicative and prompt with the appointment. Once they showed up to the house, they were very friendly and knowledgeable in locating and resolving this kind of issue. Len and Angel's experience in this field clearly shows because they encourage asking questions. After they fixed the leak, there was an issue with the sprinkler that was a separate issue from the initial leak. I called them, Len and Angel came over and fixed the problem for me for free of charge. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Overall, this service is highly recommended; I believe they do things right and in the most honest way! Thank you again Len and Angel, much appreciated it!

For the first month, I didn't even know there was a leak. But in the second month, the water company sent me a letter stating that I have a potential leak. Special thanks to everyone at Impact Plumbing! Jason came to my house and he quickly found the cause of the leak. Him and the company leading tech Alex were able to solve the leak problem with a very satisfactory estimate and quick scheduling for the repair as promised over the phone.

Called Andrews Plumbing to come out and take a look at a re-piping job I needed done on my home.I had gotten two estimates from popular plumbing companies in town but felt they were just way to high. Paul came out spent at least an hour looking everything over, gave me a price $800.00 less than the others and told me he could have it finished in 3 to 4 days depending on any unforeseen obstructions.Paul showed up the next day and the job was completed very professionally in exactly 4 days. My property manager had them.come out to my hone to look at my water heater to be repaired. Have me move out my can am ryker and my atv to look at it just to wait for an approval they don't get waste my time with all.of it. Never have your customers move things around if u don't even have an approval to fix it smh

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

This is my second time using Goettl. The first time was for a bad water heater. I wanted a second opinion after the company sent by my home warranty didn’t explain anything to me but told me the warranty wouldn’t cover it and quoted me a price. I called them and within hours, they had removed the old one, installed the new one, replaced some attachment pipes, and gone. They put down plastic to walk through the house and were professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. When they arrived for the second opinion call, the man (I’ve forgotten his name as it’s been almost a year) explained the entire system, what was broken and what was going to break soon, explained what they could/would do to fix it and quoted me a price. He returned with the new unit in about an hour and got it swapped out that same day.The second time (ongoing) I originally called for them to do a tune up because my AC didn’t seem to be blowing very cool anymore. After making the appointment, it stopped blowing cold at all. I called and asked to change my appointment and move it up ASAP because the situation changed. Within an hour of calling (on a holiday weekend in the middle of Vegas heat) they called to let me know that Rick was on his way. He went over all of the issues with me, explained how they affected the entire machine and what could be done. He explained the lower cost option which would buy me time for a while but let me know that I’d have to replace it pretty soon. Considering that, we decided to go ahead and replace the whole thing. He then explained financing, got us approved, made sure they had all parts needed and set us up for the next day to have it replaced. (This was around 8:30pm and I wouldn’t have wanted them to fix it last night) He even offered to comp us for the cost of staying in a hotel room if we so choose. Every person I have spoken to from Goettl, whether on the phone or in person, has been friendly, knowledgeable, and has taken the time to explain everything in detail so I am aware of the entire process. I never feel like they’re just trying to make a quick buck or pull one over on me because they are up front and tell me everything. I won’t ever use anyone else for my plumbing or HVAC needs.
