Andrew , our technician evaluated our water hammer problem and advised putting on a pressure reducing valve to address this issue and installing a water softener to address the hard water out here in Las Vegas . Very knowledgeable and professional.

I called Rooter Ranger in June to repair my 93 yr old Mom's water heater. They said we need to replace it for $2200. 4 months later we had a plumbing inspection and the water heater was not installed to code.After contacting them they sent someone else out to fix the problem as the installer said it was his 1st water heater installation & he couldn't get anyone to help him then. The new guy spent almost 7 hours until 11pm putting the water heater on a stand then upon reinspection, it was the same problem. Not up to code due to exact same issue. I was told original guy would return between 9-11 am today and it is now 4:30 pm & he's not here. Causing a lot of stress on my poor Mom! I would definitely not recommend using this service. Very disappointed & hoping we dont have to pay another plumber as we supposedly have a 3 year warranty on this incompetent work.

They came installed my water heater in a heart beat , we had some plumbing pipe issues which they repaired, what a relief! Professional , friendly, affordable , and work on weekends which worked perfectly for my schedule ! Thank you i highly recommend !

My disposal was making a humming sound and wouldn't spin. Kurt came by within a couple of hours and fixed my disposal, he even gave me the tool to fix it in the future. Thank you so much Kurt!

Jose was able to send Tyler and Cody within a couple of hours to check and replace my leaking water heater. They were fast and did a great job. Also used Hip’s in May to replace 3 really old, maybe original, faucets. Jeffrey and Eduardo did a great job.

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. Danny was Very polite, knowledgeable , explained and analyzed the problem to us. He fixed the faucet right away , then opened up the wall , where the drain leaked, took photos , told us in detail what needed to be done on his return trip. He will comeback with another helper yo install new trap and drain to finish the job. I felt relieved knowing that he will do a good job.

Wow! Its nice to see that honesty and integrity prevail. I was cheated by a different plumbing company, and this honest man fixed my problem immediately. He explained the components of the toilet to me; showed me what was wrong; and what needed to be corrected. Now that's professionalism. I would highly recommend Dino for repairs. Dan and David were amazing! They responded very quickly when I had an emergency. I had a water leak of 40 gallons an hour, and the plumber that my friend recommended to me; sadly, never showed up for the appointment we made.
I was more than happy when this company came out after 30 minutes. I contacted several different companies which did not provide same day free estimates.
The next day my entire main line pipe was fixed, as well as a leak I was unaware of.
I highly recommend them for their fast and efficient work.

John H. Stopped at our house to do a/c check up today. He checked everything and cleaned the outside coils. John is nice and talked to us about our ac issues and suggestions. John is very nice and easy to talk to.

The company sent out Austin. He was personable & professional.
The only downside is getting your kitchen drained cleaned out is
EXPENSIVE.
