Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Las Vegas NV

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

I used Nevada Plumbing Authority because they were referred to me and it's no wonder they were referred - the service was exceptional. Responsive, flexible, and not rushed to get the job done is how I would describe them. They take the time to exhaust all options and offered multiple fixes that range in cost depending on preference of ours, rather than focusing on how or where they can make money. There was also great follow up and it was really appreciated how much time was invested on solving the issues we had. Highly recommend!

Awesome-Awesome- I called for an emergency water leak and they fit me in this morning. The technician (Keegan) came out to fix the one leak I had and while he was here I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a look and another potential problem. He checked his schedule and said he could. Well..... I am so happy I had him check. The other issue would have been way worse....he is coming back tomorrow to put in a new hot water heater for me. He told me it wouldn't be a good idea to use the hot water until he gets the new heater in. His office called me already and set up an appointment first thing tomorrow morning.
I would recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning Services to unclog a toilet because I felt it was time for a change. After I called, Jeff showed there to help in less than 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Jeff was able to fix the issue in just one hour. Jeff was courteous and did a good job of tidying up. Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

Affordable fair charge, appointment was scheduled on short notice due to leak, technician was professional and friendly. Technician Brian was able to to detect where leak was coming from and repaired in a timely manner. Technician did a great job! I highly recommend!

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

I have more words than I am willing to type here. Long and short is that Silver State Plumbing is jacked up. They have a lot of good plumbers, but whoever is runing the show, coordinates, and communicates on bigger jobs just fails.

$4000 to replace old pipes that were back grading and causing consistant clogging and backup of kitchen sink. 6 months later, 6 + different plumbers, and hours of sitting at the house waiting for the plumber to show up, multiple wet floors... still trying to get it fixed.

This week, payed another pumber to inspect work and give second opinion since we are backing up again. He found that the pipes had started to sag and grading is off again and that silver state should warranty thier work.

Contacted silver state, they replace pipe again on tuesday. Wendeseday come home to a flooded landry room. Thurs silver state back out, they look at pipe, have bunch of ideas, ask us not to run dishwasher or laundy and will be back Friday to Hydrosnake the lines. Friday, new plumber shows up, no idea what is going on or that this is a reoccuring issue, spends half his time here talking to his manager to get a grasp, and then snakes line again.

Think if I send Silver State and invoice for the hours and hours I've spent baby sitting, following up, cleaning up, and waiting on them they will pay me thier hourly rate?
