He gave me a quote same day just off a couple of photos and managed to squeeze me into his schedule same day to fix a shower leak. I found LV Restoration & Plumbing online when searching for a leak detection service. On a Sunday morning, I entered my information online requesting an appointment. In less than 5 minutes, my phone rang. To my amazement, Brian told me he could be there later Sunday afternoon ! He called when he was 20 minutes away, like he said he would. He arrived soon after.
He was very friendly and well versed in water issues. He was knowledgeable with how Las Vegas Water District works and the problem that I was having. He walked around my property in 110 degree heat with a spring in his step, looking and listening for any leaks, as we deducted it was from my irrigation system. Once we investigated all 10 irrigation boxes, bugs in all, he found two leaks.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!
