I never write reviews, but the service we just received warranted a glowing review! It's never fun to have unexpected home repairs, but KC Water Heaters lessened the frustration. Chase was knowledgeable, patient and didn't cut any corners on a complicated water heater installation. You can tell he is a genuinely honest and nice guy. Trust me, you can stop shopping around for a plumber, because you won't find better. KC Water Heaters, not only provided excellent service but is very reasonably priced!!

In fact, he did so well that he extended the life of our furnaces and AC’s to 22 years. He just recently notified me that it was time to replace them. I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... LBA service personal were friendly, considerate and knowledgeable, as always. They gave us options of how they could fix the problem and were able to do so quickly. We have relied on the for years and highly recommend them!
