Kelly arrived and performed our semi-annual cleaning and inspection. He was very knowledgeable and answered several of my questions about my HVAC system. Was able to update the circulate fan speed and pointed out the humidifier pad was spent even though it was well inside the recommended replacement interval. Got great service and the rate is good. Will continue to use R-Mech in the future.
