I hired Ace Handyman Service to replace my doorstop. While setting everything up was easy, the install didn't go as planned. Yesterday the contractor came out for the install. I paid what was agreed upon, an hours worth of work for $160. Steve delivered a third of the doorstop. When asked if he was replacing the entire doorstop he told me that he hadn't brought enough material. He left the old nail-ridden doorstop on my front porch, in cutting his materials he used the exterior of my house. My house is nearly 100 years old with the original woodwork, Steve thought it would be appropriate to drive screws in the trim instead of finishing nails. To top it off as he was leaving, he suggested I buy a new sexy door and told me how much he would charge to install it. Offended I wrote to the company offering them the chance to make things right; at least offer an apology for the off hand remark. The contractor did call however he was not remorseful, he kept saying it was a misunderstanding. I asked for the work in writing, you didn't deliver.

They didnt answer. I called them twice. No one answered neither time

JT is a relatively new employee at AB MAY but I believe he will be a great asset to your business. Not only is he professional and thorough, he also communicates and explains everything extremely well. He was scheduled to fix our toilet but he discovered our water softener (from another company)was not working correctly and had contributed to our problem with the toilet. He had a long day at our house installing a new water softener from AB May (covered with our contract) and pulled and repaired our toilet. Best of luck to JT!

Awesome company to work with. Quote process was very detailed and hassle free. Install guys were very professional, their work looks great and a nice clean install for both the furnace and AC. Put down drop cloths and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended!

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

I have hired Jerry for work at multiple residences and he has been nothing short of spectacular. He has installed a water heater for me. He has run a new gas line out to my deck from my basement. He fixed my water pressure issue. He even walked through my newly bought house and told me about any plumbing issues or maintenance he recommended that I take care of. He has always been incredibly responsive to questions including a text about a frozen pipe over this last winter. I would recommend Jerry to anyone. Amazing work.

Very happy with my experience! I have used a large plumbing company and an independent plumber in the past. I really liked Inception and will use them moving forward. Easy to schedule and got me in quickly. Showed up with a heads up text ahead of time. Quickly and thoroughly solved my problem. Price was very fair. Highly recommend.

We had a clogged kitchen drain that turned out to be a clog in the line thatwent out to the main line. Our tech #3568, Chris, was the right man forwhat turned out to be a difficult job. It took longer than he was expecting,but his expertise, personality, and patience made for a good outcome. Ourdrain is clear and Chris made sure everything was right and our home cleaned up before he left.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
