Jose was respectful of my home and my concerns. He was thorough and walked me through all the details of fixing my flu vent and moving a vent.

I would recommend Chase and KC Water Heater to everyone looking to replace their system. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything before beginning work and pointed out some other areas of plumbing (a DIY job before we owned the house) that were visible near our system to keep an eye on. He also replaced some plastic line with copper to our humidifier.

Replaced both furnace systems with 99% units. A lot of work to change to these systems. Everyone (five techs) worked very hard and cleaned up. Explained system well. The salesman showed up for several hours also. Thanks for great job. New systems are working well.

Excellent work!!! A+++. Friendly and professional. Very satisfied and would hire again. Had a bad water leak in the ceiling and needed emergency help. Doug and Callum went above and beyond in taking care of the problem. On September 26, 2022, they completed a whole house repipe replacing all galvanized water lines with pex with a new 40 gal water heater, new laundry hook up, new stub through to the kitchen cabinet and the downstairs half bath water lines, including the toilet in the half bath, 2 builders grade faucets, and new quarter turn water stops for both the kitchen and half bath. Their work was excellent and I highly recommend them and LBA.
