My main sewer line at a rental property (I'm not there) was backing up and I called zoom drain kc and they came out same day. They sent me pictures, informed me of the whole process while my tenants were there and didn't discuss anything with them which is what I prefer. They truly are fast and focused!

Though they are not always on time, rotorooter always makes it out to our house the same day an emergency happens. The service is always good when they finally arrive and this time was no exception. Glad to have somewhere to call that can come out same day rather than the next week like others we have tried.

The gentleman that came out was very professional and friendly. He told me step by step what was going on, giving explanations for all my questions.
