Very courteous knowledge and professional

We had a mixed experience with Mr. Rooter. Erron Butts was amazing. He was informative, patient, positive, and reliable. Things were not as smooth with one of the crew members who came to replace our house trap. He told us we had a collapsed line, and the collapse was too far out to try to clear it with an auger. We had another company come to give us a second opinion, and they were able to immediately clear the line with an auger, as the clog was just due to tree roots and only 40 feet out.

I called in on Thanksgiving night, and Tech was there next morning! He was professional and polite. Did great job unclogging sewer. He tested system and cleaned up. All within an hour!
