Chris showed up earlier than expected and replaced my old water heater. He did the job efficiently and had everything he needed to get the job done the first time. He was polite and the cost was A LOT cheaper than a quote I got from Bob Hamilton plumbing. I would recommend checking these guys out first. If I had, i would have saved myself the $179 fee from the other guys that gave me an initial bid for over $500 more than I actually paid with True Blue. Thanks Chris! and Thanks True Blue! Michael Lee was very thorough and professional. We called to have the main and laundry lines cleaned out. They were timely and polite.

JUSTIN did an excellent job was very professional and on time. We just had a routine check up and I felt like he was very honest.

Call them Tuesday afternoon and said my main line was clogged need to be cleaned out they said they would get to me tomorrow afternoon I said that’s fine did not hear or see anybody called at 4:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday said the technician is running behind will be later this evening I’ve not heard a word since I will not be calling them ever again I’ve called another company and thief estimate is cheaper
